Clement Manor was named one of the top 250 retirement communities in the inaugural America’s Best Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC) by Newsweek’s “Annual Best” survey. There are approximately 2,000 CCRCs in the U.S., which is expected to continue to increase as the population ages. These communities provide a continuum of care that adapts to the evolving needs of the aging population. Clement Manor was ranked 220th out of 2,000 participants in the survey, and 3rd in Wisconsin.
“Today’s senior citizens are more active than the generation before them. Consequently, senior housing options have changed to meet the expectations of these active retirees, with a wide variety of activities like fitness classes, gardening, dance lessons and book clubs, to name a few. From living independently to assisted living and skilled nursing, each facility offers comprehensive services, ensuring residents can age with dignity and grace,” as mentioned in Newsweek.
The basic methodology of the survey was based on the following scores:
Reputation
Professional medical and staff recommendations
Care level assessment Quality assessment (accommodations, commercial and community services available, financial factors, food, overall care, safety and staffing)
Accreditation score
Clement Manor recognizes the need for a continuum of care for its residents. Its mission is to promote healthy aging of individuals on our campus and in the community through respect, collaboration, and quality service.
