Clement Manor, for the 3rd year in a row, received a 5/5 Rating from the US News and World Report

CLEMENT MANOR RECOGNIZED BY U.S. NEWS & WORLD REPORT IN ITS 2022-2023 RATINGS

 

Greenfield – Clement Manor, Inc. has been recognized in the U.S. News & World Report for the third year in a row in its 2022-2023 Ratings. Clement Manor received a 5/5 Overall Rating in the Best Nursing Homes category, and a 3/3 High Performing Rating in the Short-Term Rehabilitation category.

The report focuses on areas such as Resident Safety, Skilled Nursing Home Cost, Quality of Short-Term Rehabilitation, and Government Conducted Inspections. The ratings specifically noted vaccination percentages of residents and staff. At Clement Manor, 100% of the residents have the COVID-19 vaccination in all residential areas including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing. The Clement Manor staff is 99.3% vaccinated for COVID-19.

In addition, Clement Manor recently received a deficiency free state survey result for exceptional senior care in our Health Center, as well as received the Joint Commission Accreditation for Assisted Living, one of the first senior communities in Wisconsin.
